You Pick-Sessions

    What is a you-pick session?

    A public you-pick session is your opportunity to cut your choice of flowers from the flower field, no reservation needed and no time limit. We provide the jars and clippers, and you choose the flowers you want to take home! In 2025, we are offering public you-pick sessions on Sunday evenings 4 pm - 7 pm, on: 7/26, 8/2, 8/9, 8/16, 8/23, 8/30, 9/6, 9/13, and 9/20. Come anytime 4-7 pm on these dates!

    How much do you get to pick? Cost?

    The price is $18 to fill 1 jar of flowers. At least someone in the group must purchase a jar for entrance to the flower field. You can put as many stems as you can fit into your jar (and we’ve seen some impressively full jars!) We provide the jars, clippers, water, and instructions.

    Please note: While you’re welcome to take photos of your family/friends, no professional or staged photo sessions are allowed during you-pick sessions for the enjoyment of all of our other guests.

    What flowers are available to pick?

    We grow an acre of seasonal, specialty cut flowers, totaling over 300 varieties of flowers. This includes some fan favorites like dahlias, sunflowers, zinnias, cosmos, and snapdragons. This includes some flowers that are new to many people, and some heritage or heirloom flowers that people recognize from an older relative’s garden. We value seasonal diversity, variety, and novelty, so we plant a wide range of flowers that will cut and last 5-10 days in the vase. We do not mass plant acres upon acres of one flower. We want your experience of cutting flowers at our farm to feel like perusing a carefully cultivated garden.

$18 per jar

2026 You-Pick Dates: 7/26, 8/2, 8/9, 8/16, 8/23, 8/30, 9/6, 9/13, and 9/20.

  • You enter the flower field from Route 102, through the gates marked by 2 white flags. The farmstand will be in front of you, as will the barn with the farm name painted on it. There is no access to the flower farm from Rivals Rd.

  • We do not have publicly accessible restrooms available during these sessions - no exceptions.

  • You will have access to the flower field only. The boundaries of the flower field are clearly marked. There are other buildings and a private residence on the property. You do not have access to these. Anyone found beyond the flower field will be asked to leave immediately.

  • You-pick sessions may be cancelled in the case of inclement weather. We will announce this via our newsletter, on our website, and on social media accounts.
