Proclamation Flowers is a family-run flower farm and floral design studio in Wilmington, Illinois, growing hundreds of varieties of seasonal, specialty cut flowers in our acre, garden-like setting.
We offer you-pick sessions, photo sessions, and flowers to purchase from our farmstand and the local farmers’ market. We are also florists, and operate a full wedding studio on the farm using the flowers we grow.
We love this place and are so excited you found us - we’d love to share the flower farm with you!

Ten years later, that dream has grown to be more than we could have imagined. We love sharing this special place with you!
About Us
Katie and Chris Francis are the owners and operators of Proclamation Flowers Flower Farm. Katie is the lead grower and floral designer; Chris is the business and field manager. Our flower field is on the Francis family farm where Chris and his dad grew up. The Francis family used the now flower field as livestock pastures for 67 years before Chris and Katie turned it to flowers in 2017. Their kids are the 5th generation of the Francis family to use this land.
